VisualZero interview 1-8-2005

VisualZero: This is the second Interview with BLOOD, I am honored about your time, but this brings me to my first questions. How important are interviews for BLOOD?

Fuki: I think we should be known better,so it is very important.
Kiwamu: In fact, we should have an intereview in Japanese, because you and we are not the Native English speaker. But we should have it for the fans

VisualZero: You are really a hardworking band and very near to your fanbase, how important are they for you?

Fuki: All people accept us are very important.
Kiwamu: it is not hardworking... Because we have more things we should do. I want to write the good new songs, to make the PV, to go to more countires and.... anyway we should have more, more, more actitivies.

VisualZero: But enough of these prequestions, I want to have a closer look of the past of BLOOD. BLOOD a band of Office cure, did the past projects of Office cure like, Blue Berry, PERFECT DRUGS and Croix Allcine affect BLOOD, or is BLOOD something different than the other projects done before?

Kiwamu: for these activities, i was thinking about my new activies. they are the foundation of BLOOD. And I studied how to advance the band for these period. Each members had some old bands until BLOOD. Owing to them, we can have the good activities now.

VisualZero: A lot of songs from the beginning are produced newly. Is this because you want to fit everything into the third period of BLOOD or are you seeking just perfection?

Fuki: I wanted to fit them to me,and I think they became better for my input. How do you think about it?
Kiwamu: At 2nd Period, past members didnt have influence on my activies. Because they didnt know how to make the band. So after Fuki joined, he takes charge of mixing and arrangements. the right man in the right place!!

VisualZero: Do you think perfection has been archieved now?

Kiwamu: No. maybe 10% only now.
Fuki: Not yet.It is just beginning.

VisualZero: With the joining of Fu-Ki BLOOD has entered the third period, do you think this period is was the real beginning and breakthrough for BLOOD?

Fuki: I add new things and BLOOD became better and better. It's all.
Kiwamu: We changed BLOOD to suppleness. I need the able persons. He has some ideas for the band, so 3

VisualZero: BLOOD has guest musicians but even BLOOD did guest appaerences. The maybe most known is that Fu-Ki has joined as a guest musician in the first Minialbum of Hizaki (ex. Schwardix Marvally) which is called Maiden Ritual. Will we also hear a Kiwamu and a Kaede joining Songs of befriended musicians?

Kiwamu: I joined hizakis works as the designer. But I was disappointed at his human nature. I hate the person dosent keep the promise. We should choice the good band or good person we can trust.... Anyway it was the wasted time for me.

VisualZero: Fu-Ki, what where your experience with Hizaki and joining his album for two songs, did you enjoy it? Have you taken something with you you wanted to bring in BLOOD?

Fuki: It was little time for prepare,so I have a little regret. I hope the experience make people find us.
Kiwamu: BLOOD needs the good person. If we bring foolish persons, we should change the band name: FOOLISH BLOOD!!!!!! anyway 06.07 are bored topics...

VisualZero: But turning back to BLOOD, how do you look to your guest musicians Juya and Yuu?

Fuki: I hope they enjoy.
Kiwamu: next year, the new guest will come to our live show. We should have a good live show with them.

VisualZero: Talking about guest musicians, on your second european tour [VENGEANCE FOR BLOOD2] Tini (ex. PsY) has joined you as guest musician. Can you imagine to bring Tini to Japan and Juya and Yuu to Europe?

Fuki: If we have a chance.
Kiwamu: to Mexico, we will bring them. Because their stage is very very big. TO Europa, we want to bring..

VisualZero: Also you now have seen german fans of BLOOD yourself, how do you look towards the german audience in comparision to any other audience you have seen before?

Fuki: Germany is the center of European music scene, so I'm very happy they accept our music.
Kiwamu: I love Germany fans. They are very good audience. I have influence on the European scene. So they are very special for me.

VisualZero: Two tours in a relative short time, what were the reasons for that?

Fuki: Cause for our CD release.
Kiwamu: we released the cd+dvd, so we need to play there.

VisualZero: In the last question, you stated that your tour was for CD release. Also playing in Europe for a promotional cause, would you also have played if the album would'nt have been released? Maybe for some other reasons?

Fuki: It is possible. For example, our first visiting country and so on.

VisualZero: Talking about your new Album [Vengeance for BLOOD], the same name as your one-man tours. Why did you also called it this way?

Kiwamu: Our theme is [Vengeance for BLOOD]. So until we finish this concept, we will use this tour titles.
Fuki: Now it is our concept. It still continues.

VisualZero: If you listen to the album it sounds like on big track, to put it in other words, all the songs interact perfectly wich the others. Are satisfied with the album or did you wish to have more time?

Kiwamu: When i make some works, i must decide the fix limite. Using the time infinitely is the stupid way.
Fuki: Never satisfied,forever.

VisualZero: But it is not only the tunes and the sound of this Album that fits perfectly, also the story told in your album is fascinating. If you look to the lyrics now, would you change a thing?

Kiwamu: My point of view is looking for the next songs.
Fuki: No I don't.If it is not enough,I 'll write other lyrics for other song.

VisualZero: Also if you read the lyrics, while listening to the songs, the mood and the feelings of the story were captured by the sound. How did you archieve this?

Kiwamu: Our works are harmonized by the sound and images. But if you want to listen to only songs, it is good for you.
Fuki: We wrote the songs based on the concept.I think it is the reason.

VisualZero: However, the album seems to be a prelude of a much bigger thing, will the story continue and are you now working on new songs for a further album?

Kiwamu: We have a plan to make 3 mini albums. We released 1st mini album of that theme. Now, we contine to write the songs and story.
Fuki: Yes, we are.

VisualZero: 2005, your next live will be Mexico, are you excited about this, since it is the first time to see BLOOD three days at one place.

Kiwamu: The convention has 35000visiters, and it is the most biggest convention we joined. We are thinking about the performances.
Fuki: I'm glad, cause it will be less troubles. And I don't know about Mexico,so I take pleasure going to there.

VisualZero: Looking in you BBS a lot of people want to see BLOOD for at least a third time in germany, will BLOOD return and can we await further surpirses from BLOOD?

Kiwamu: Our next tour is in Mexico. After that, we will start to plan the new tour. JaME and BLOOD are planning the new tours now.
Fuki: I don't know about the future, but we will come for the people waiting for us.
