BLOOD had intended to take an extended break from band activities following their gothic sponsor event in June, but they have changed their plans. They have decided they will continue their activities, and for their next project, they will draw inspiration for their music from works by the French poet Baudelaire.

BLOOD will begin their European tour, [VENGEANCE for BLOOD 9] ~The Last Tour~ tomorrow in Stockholm, Sweden.
The future of the bands activities is unclear at this time. They had announced that following the European tour, they will suspend all band activities, but according to the liveschedule on their Japanese website, they have shows scheduled, and there has been no official announcement from the band concerning their activities. I have no futher news concerning this at this time. I have posted the new show dates in the Live Schedule section of this site.

For those of you who may not have heard BLOOD's interview on Tainted Reality tonight, I wanted to let you know what BLOOD said in regard to their suspension of activities after their European tour in April. They are just taking a break for a while. Right now they don't know how long of a break they will take, but they just need to rest for a while.
I just wanted to remind everyone that BLOOD's 2nd exclusive interview will be airing on the radio show Tainted Reality tonight from 7-10 PM EST. The interview will include insight into the band's recent and upcoming releases, a bit of their personal lives, fan questions, a playlist personally selected by Fu-ki and Kiwamu, and will clear up the recent rumors surrounding the band. They will be doing an in depth interview promoting their upcoming DVD, the VENGEANCE For BLOOD finale tour, and other projects as well as talking a bit about their past, and recent rumors. Due to technical problems at WIXQ, the BLOOD interview scheduled for February 9th on the radio show Tainted Reality has been delayed a week. It is now scheduled to air on February 16th. A few days before the interview, I will post again to remind everyone about it, and I will give information about how you can hear the show via the web on MP3 simulcast.

In a recent interview with VisualZero, BLOOD was questioned about the meaning of "The Last Tour", and whether or not it means they are disbanding. The end of VENGEANCE for BLOOD
The long-running VENGEANCE for BLOOD series has come to an end. Following our last tour in April, BLOOD will suspend all band activities.
Our primary focus at the moment is this final tour.
This is the only information available concerning this at this time.
BLOOD official website ~ updated the Goods page. They have added a new photoset and a poster (limited 100). They have also removed the intro page (the page that had the movie on it) and the fan art page from their site.
